My expertise spans from tech, manufacturing, digital technology, data, consulting to telecommunications and more, including strategic process improvement and business transformation, where my initiatives have saved companies over $800 million.

However, my journey has not been without its ups and downs. Earlier in my career, despite exhaustive efforts and significant achievements, I faced setbacks, got stuck, burned out, had toxic bosses, was overlooked for promotions, and more. These challenges fueled my determination to find and master what really made people successful and climb the ladder.

Along the way, I learned that working harder and delivering great results just isn't enough anymore. So I humbled myself, got help from coaches and mentors, figured out what was holding me back and how I could break through it. Soon after, I landed multiple job offers and kick-started a successful trajectory into high-level executive positions.
